Appointment of Executive Director and CFO

RC365 Holding plc (LSE: RCGH), an established payment solutions and fintech company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Qiuhong Liang ("Daisy") to the Board as an Executive Director and the appointment of Mr. Ka Ming Tang ("Lucas") as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, both with immediate effect.

The Company also announces that Ms. Esther Quah has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer with effect from the same date.

• Qiuhong Liang (Daisy) - Executive Director
• Qiuhong Liang (aged 34) has approximately ten years' experience in customer service and operations management. She has supported clients across Hong Kong, mainland China, South Korea, Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

She brings extensive experience in managing customer service operations, supporting regional clients and developing effective operational processes.

• Liang does not currently hold, and has not held during the past five years, any directorships in publicly quoted companies.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of Ms. Liang pursuant to paragraphs (2) to (6) of UKLR 6.4.8R.

• Ka Ming Tang (Lucas) - Chief Financial Officer
• Ka Ming Tang is a senior finance, corporate advisory and internal controls professional with experience in corporate restructuring, cross-border financial strategy and regulatory governance.

He has experience developing and implementing internal-control frameworks for growing SaaS and information technology businesses serving the SME market in Hong Kong and Macao. He has also provided corporate advisory and company secretarial support to corporate clients.

His areas of expertise include financial planning and analysis, cash-flow management, risk mitigation, anti-money laundering and know-your-customer compliance, corporate governance and regional business development.
