Result of AGM
Rainbow Rare Earths Limited announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held on November 11, 2024. The company is focused on developing the Phalaborwa Project in South Africa and the Uberaba Project in Brazil, aiming to establish an independent and ethical supply chain for rare earth elements critical to the green energy transition. An updated interim economic study for the Phalaborwa project confirmed strong economics with a base case NPV10 of US$611 million, positioning it as a high-margin rare earth project outside of China.
