Result of AGM
Reabold Resources plc announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support for the receipt of annual reports and accounts, the reappointment of directors Sachin Oza (94.63% for), Stephen Williams (93.97% for), Marcos Mozetic (98.93% for), Michael Felton (98.95% for), Anthony Samaha (98.06% for), and Jeremy Edelman (98.09% for), as well as the reappointment of auditors (99.05% for). Shareholder approval was also granted for the authority to allot shares (94.08% for), allot shares in connection with an offer (94.08% for), disapply pre-emption rights (93.92% for), and make on-market purchases of own shares (98.99% for).
