Reabold Resources PLC announced that on May 26, 2026, Co-Chief Executive Officer Sachin Oza sold 45,500 shares at £0.90 each and repurchased 21,500 shares at £0.93 into his ISA, while a closely associated person, Mrinalini Oza, repurchased 24,000 shares at £0.92 into her ISA. These transactions, conducted on the London Stock Exchange AIM, resulted in no change to the aggregate shareholding of Sachin Oza and his associated persons.

Reabold, the investing company focused on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security, announces that on 26 May 2026:
- Sachin Oza, Co-Chief Executive Officer, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 45,500 shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Shares") and immediately repurchased 21,500 Shares into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"), and
- Mrinalini Oza, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Sachin Oza immediately repurchased 24,000 Shares into her ISA.
Following the above transactions, the aggregate holding of Sachin Oza and his persons closely associated in the Company remains unchanged.
