Quartix Technologies plc has announced a slight delay in the release of its audited Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. The company's auditor, PKF Littlejohn LLP, requires additional time to finalize the audit of current taxation in the UK and France, following a change in accounting policy. Despite this, the directors have been advised that the audit is substantially complete with no material issues causing the delay. The results are now expected to be released on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, instead of the previously anticipated Monday, 23 March 2026.

Quartix Technologies plc provides the following update in relation to the its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("2025 Annual Report").
On 23 February 2026, the Company released a statement confirming that the release date of the 2025 Annual Report was expected to be Monday 23 March 2026. However, the Company's Auditor PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") has now requested additional time to finalise the audit process, primarily the completion of the audit of current taxation in both the UK and French tax jurisdictions following the change in accounting policy announced on 11 February 2026. The Directors have been advised by PKF that the audit is substantially complete and that there are no material audit issues causing this delay.
The Company will continue to work closely with PKF and now expects to release the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Wednesday 25 March 2026.
