Result of AGM
Quadrise plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed on a poll, with resolutions 1 through 7 approved as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 8 and 9 as special resolutions. Notably, resolution 1 received 388,270,391 votes in favour, representing 99.86%, while resolution 3 garnered 338,483,392 votes for, or 86.26%. Resolution 9, a special resolution, was supported by 365,797,223 votes, or 97.26%. These strong voting outcomes indicate shareholder confidence in the company's proposals.

Quadrise plc (AIM: QED) the technology company focused on the decarbonisation of shipping and heavy industry through deployment of low emission fuels and biofuels announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today ("AGM"), all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 7 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolutions 8 and 9 were passed as Special Resolutions. The following table sets out the votes cast on each resolution:
