These documents are being sent to shareholders and are also available on the company's website and the National Storage Mechanism. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 1 October, at Manchester Business Park.

PZ Cussons plc (the 'Company' or 'Group') announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2026 ('2026 Annual Report and Accounts'), Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 ('Notice of AGM') and Form of Proxy are being posted shortly to shareholders.
Copies of the 2026 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.pzcussons.com.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 and DTR 6.3.5R (1A), copies of the 2026 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM have been submitted in unedited full text (and for the 2026 Annual Report, structured electronic format) to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Group's website at https://www.pzcussons.com.
The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Manchester Business Park, 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester M22 5TG on Thursday 1 October at 10.30am.
Questions may also be submitted in advance by email. We expect to make a recording available following the AGM. Further details are set out in the Notice of AGM.
