Power Probe ("Power Probe", or the "Group"), a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for professional service technicians, was notified on 28 October 2026 of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Ojai Valley Trust, of which Ip Foo Wing, Non-Executive Director, and his spouse are trustees:
