Power Probe ("Power Probe", or the "Group"), a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for professional service technicians, announces that CHR International Projects Limited, a company wholly owned by Chema Garcia, Chief Executive Officer, on 14 October 2026 purchased 230,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62.95 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Chema Garcia’s beneficial holding is now 3,534,749 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.80% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
