("PetroTal" or the "Company") (TSX: TAL, AIM: PTAL and OTCQX: PTALF) announces that Camilo McAllister, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, acquired 19,192 Common Shares in the Company on August 17, 2026 at a weighted average price of C$0.495 per Common Share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. McAllister's total beneficial interest in the Company is now 19,192 Common Shares.
