ProService Building Services Marketplace plc, formerly HSS Hire Group plc, has officially changed its name effective November 28, 2025, and its London Stock Exchange ticker code has been updated to PRO from HSS as of today, December 1, 2025. Shareholders are advised that their existing shareholdings remain unaffected and current share certificates are still valid. The company's investor relations website will be updated shortly.

Further to the Company's announcement on 17 November 2025, the Company wishes to confirm the following:
- The change of name from HSS Hire Group plc to ProService Building Services Marketplace plc was effective on 28 November 2025; and
- The Company's tradeable instrument display mnemonic on the London Stock Exchange changed from HSS to PRO before the start of trading today.
