Change of accounting reference date
Pristine Capital Plc has changed its accounting reference date to 30 October to facilitate filings and is seeking equity funding from an investor to cover abort fees from a previously aborted acquisition. The company's shares will remain suspended until the annual report for the period ended 30 October 2025 and interim results for the period ended 30 April 2026 are published.

Pristine Capital Plc, the Main Market cash shell focusing on the real estate sector, advises that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 31 October to 30 October in order to facilitate its accounts filings with Companies House.
As announced on 24 February 2026 the Company will be required to raise additional funds before it is able to publish its annual report and accounts for the period ended 30 October 2025 (the "FY25 Accounts"). The directors of Pristine have continued their discussions with the Company's advisers in connection with the aborted acquisition of a regional property portfolio in the United Kingdom, to seek to finalise any abort fees. These discussions have been positive, and the Company is in discussions with an investor who has indicated that they would be willing to provide equity funding to the Company.
The listing of the Company's shares will remain suspended until such time that the FY25 Accounts and the interim results for the period ended 30 April 2026 have been published. Further announcements will be made in due course.
