Result of AGM
Primorus Investments PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on July 15, 2026. The voting results show strong support for most resolutions, with resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 receiving a significant majority of votes in favour, ranging from 47,425,360 to 47,515,543 votes. Resolution 6, however, saw a substantial number of withheld votes, totaling 40,187,119, although it still passed with 7,328,424 votes in favour.

Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM are contained in the Notice of AGM, which was published on 19 June 2026 and a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.primorusinvestments.com.
