Result of AGM
Premier African Minerals Limited announced that all resolutions at its 2026 Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. The reappointment of Godfrey Manhambara received 97.85% of votes cast in favour, while the disapplication of pre-emptive provisions, including for Canmax conversion rights, both secured 97.92% of votes cast in favour. These strong shareholder approvals indicate confidence in the company's proposed actions and management.

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting held today were all passed.
The resolutions were voted on by way of a poll, and the result of the poll is shown below:
