Premier African Minerals Limited announced that both special resolutions presented at its Adjourned General Meeting on November 19, 2024, were duly passed with overwhelming support. The resolution to disapply pre-emptive provisions received 98.58% of votes cast in favour, with 2,161,266,086 votes for and 31,057,724 against. Similarly, the resolution to approve the conversion period also garnered 98.58% of votes in favour. These approvals are significant for the company's future financial flexibility and strategic operations.

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announces the results of the Company's Adjourned General Meeting ("GM") held on 19 November 2024.
The two special resolutions were voted on by way of a poll, and the results are set out below. Both proposed special resolutions were duly passed at the GM.
