Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that the special resolutions proposed to shareholders at the General Meeting held on 29 July 2024 were duly passed.
The full text of both resolutions was included in the notice of the General Meeting of the Company as announced on 8 July 2024 and the Addendum to Notice of General Meeting as announced on the 12 July 2024 ("Notice of Meeting").
