Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), announces that following a number of requests from shareholders ahead of Premier's 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") that will be held at the Croft, 87 Main Road, Blue Hills 1685, Midrand, South Africa at 13:00 (BST) on 8 April 2024, that the Company will hold an Question and Answer session on Saturday 30 March 2024 at 09h30 (BST) ("Shareholder Q&A").
Shareholder Q&A:
George Roach will hold a virtual meeting on Saturday, 30 March 2024 at 09h30 (BST) where he will address previously raised questions from shareholders. Please submit your questions to wilna@regentresources.co.za by 12 noon (BST) on Friday 29 March 2024. The link to the meeting is posted below:
