Holding(s) in Company
Several individuals have recently notified Public Policy Holding Company, Inc. of changes in their major holdings. On January 29, 2026, George Stewart Hall's voting rights decreased to 4.48% from 5.58%, and Johnson McCallum Green's voting rights fell to 3.70% from 4.91%. Similarly, Thomas Phillip O'Neill III's voting rights decreased to 2.41% from 3.48%, and Erik Joseph Smith's voting rights dropped to 2.34% from 3.45%. Additionally, on June 10, 2025, Rhoderick M. Shaw's voting rights decreased to 3.96% from 4.16%, and on April 1, 2025, Zachary Williams' voting rights decreased to 3.94% from 4.42%, with the number of shares noted pre-split effective October 2, 2025. Jeffrey Alan Forbes' voting rights decreased to 7.79% from 9.99%. All notifications were made on February 5, 2026.
