PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announces that it has purchased 483,711 shares in Arena Hospitality Group d.d.,(AHG)
PPHE Hotel Group holds a controlling ownership interest in AHG, whose shares are listed on the Prime market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Following this acquisition the Group holds 65.5% of the share capital of AHG.
