Pineapple Power Corporation Plc has announced a change in leadership with the resignation of Claudio Morandi as director and Chairman, succeeded by existing non-executive director Adam Park as Executive Chairman. The Board expressed gratitude to Morandi for his leadership, particularly in sourcing new investment, addressing legacy issues, and driving forward the audited results announced the previous day.

Pineapple Power Corporation Plc (the “Company”) announces the resignation of Claudio Morandi as a director and Chairman of the Company.
He is replaced by Adam Park (an existing non-executive director) as Executive Chairman.
The Board thanks Claudio for his leadership particularly since last February following Adam Park’s appointment to the Company. The directors have worked intensively to source fresh investment, deal with legacy matters and drive forth the audited results announced yesterday.
We wish Claudio well for the future and thank him for his friendship and unwavering professionalism over the past year.
