EMTN: Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
Pennon Group plc announced the publication of a Supplementary Prospectus dated 8 July 2026, which supplements the existing GBP 2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by South West Water Finance PLC and guaranteed by South West Water Limited. This update to the Base Prospectus, originally dated 21 August 2025 and previously supplemented on 1 December 2025 and 18 June 2026, is now available for viewing and has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

Supplementary prospectus dated 8 July 2026 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the Base Prospectus dated 21 August 2025 as supplemented on 1 December 2025 and 18 June 2026 and as may be further supplemented, amended or updated from time to time (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the GBP 2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by South West Water Finance PLC and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by South West Water Limited.
