Pulsar Helium Inc. announced that 100,000 share purchase warrants were exercised on January 9, 2026, generating CAD$36,000 in cash proceeds for the company at a price of CAD$0.36 per share. These exercises resulted in the issuance of 100,000 new common shares, which are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around January 16, 2026, and will rank pari passu with existing shares. Following this admission, the total number of common shares in issue will be 169,309,215, which shareholders can use for notification calculations regarding their interests.

PULSAR HELIUM ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXERCISE AND TVR
Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR, TSXV: PLSR, OTCQB: PSRHF) ("Pulsar" or the "Company") notes that on January 9, 2026, 100,000 share purchase warrants - issued as part of its offering that closed on January 17, 2024 - have been fully exercised at a price of CAD$0.36, and generated cash proceeds for the Company of CAD$36,000.00.
Admission to AIM and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of the 100,000 new common shares issued pursuant to abovementioned warrant exercises, to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur and dealings commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around January 16, 2026. The new common shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Common Shares.
On Admission, the total number of common shares in issue will be 169,309,215 with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's issued share capital pursuant to the Company's Articles.
