Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Pinewood Technologies Group (UK, constituent) by U.K. Piston Bidco (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:
Pinewood Technologies Group (UK, BSB7BS0) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index. Young & Co.'s Brewery PLC A (UK, B2NDK76) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index. All changes effective from 09 October 2026.
