Pinewood Technologies Group PLC has announced that Non-Executive Director Shruthi Chindalur will join Irish Residential Properties REIT plc as a Non-Executive Director and a member of its Audit and Remuneration Committees, effective May 28, 2026. The company has confirmed that Ms. Chindalur will continue to have sufficient time to fulfill her responsibilities to Pinewood Technologies Group PLC.

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R(2), the Company notifies that Shruthi Chindalur, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc ("I-RES") with effect from 28 May 2026. Shruthi will also serve as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees at I-RES.
The Company is satisfied that Shruthi continues to have sufficient time available to fulfil her responsibilities to Pinewood.
No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R.
