The Board notes that the Group’s unaudited management accounts show revenues for the first four months to 31 July 2026 of the current financial year of approximately £1,152,000 - an increase of approximately 6.5% on the prior year’s £1,082,000. LBITDA for the same period was approximately £52,000, compared with LBITDA of £21,000 in the prior year.
The improvement in the Group’s revenue was most evident in the safety division, where stronger activity, improved pricing discipline and delivery focus contributed to improved performance. The Board continues to focus on improving the quality of revenue across the Group and delivering sustainable profitability.
It is expected that PHSC will publish its half-year results in November 2026.
