Result of AGM
Powerhouse Energy Group plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on September 3, 2026, were passed by shareholders. Ordinary Resolution 1 received 97.09% of votes in favour, Resolution 2 garnered 92.89% support, Resolution 3 secured 96.43%, Resolution 4 obtained 91.19%, Resolution 5 passed with 94.40%, Resolution 6 received 91.61%, Resolution 7 was approved by 93.69%, and Resolution 8 saw 93.72% of votes in favour. The company also noted the departure of CEO Paul Emmitt, who will continue in a technical consultancy role, and that David Hitchcock will serve as Executive Chair until a new CEO is appointed.

Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), a company pioneering integrated technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy alongside its revenue-generating engineering consultancy division Engsolve, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 3 September 2026, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
All resolutions were decided on a poll.

The Company would also like to take this opportunity to thank Paul Emmitt who, as previously announced, has decided to step down from the Board and as CEO, for his service and contribution to Powerhouse during his time with the Company and as CEO. Paul will continue to work with Engsolve on a technical consultancy basis, with the details to be confirmed, whilst David Hitchcock will assume an Executive Chair role until a replacement CEO is identified.
