In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, PensionBee Group plc ('PensionBee' or the 'Company') confirms that between 30 May 2026 and 30 June 2026, the Company issued a further 198,363 ordinary shares of £0.001 ('Shares') (ISIN: GB00BNDRLN84) under the PensionBee Group plc Omnibus Plan.1
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, as at 30 June 2026, its issued share capital comprised 238,860,594 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights attributable to the Shares is therefore 238,860,594.
The above figure of 238,860,594 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Shares under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
