Pantheon Resources plc (AIM:PANR, OTCQX: PTHRF) ("Pantheon" or the "Company"), an oil and gas company developing the Kodiak and Ahpun oil fields in close proximity to pipeline and transportation infrastructure on Alaska's North Slope, is pleased to confirm that the Company's AGM will commence at 3pm today. After the formalities of the AGM have concluded, at approximately 3:10pm, an investor presentation and Q&A will commence.
