Annual General Meeting

Pantheon Resources plc (AIM:PANR, OTCQX: PTHRF) ("Pantheon" or the "Company"), an oil and gas company developing the Kodiak and Ahpun oil fields in close proximity to pipeline and transportation infrastructure on Alaska's North Slope, is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday 12th March 2025 at 3:00 pm GMT at the offices of Simmons & Simmons, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker St, City of London, London EC2Y 9SS.

The Company advises that the formal business of the AGM and shareholder presentation and Q&A will be held as one continuous event, which will be streamed through the Investor Meet Company platform from 3:00 pm GMT on 12th March 2025. Questions can be submitted via the Investor Meet Company platform pre-event up until 9:00 am the day before the webinar or at any time during the live presentation.

Should any shareholders wish to attend the AGM in person, they will be able to remain at the venue for the entire duration.
