Potter & Moore PLC (AIM:PAM), announces that it was notified on 2 November 2026 by Mr William McIlroy that, having sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on 10 April 2026, his resultant beneficial interest was 4,109,275 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.99% of the Company’s total voting rights.
As at the date of this announcement, Mr McIlroy’s beneficial interest totals 3,734,275 Ordinary Shares comprising 1,769,275 Ordinary Shares held directly in his own name and 1,965,000 Ordinary Shares held by Oratorio Developments Limited.
