PageGroup plc (the "Company") announces that Michelle Healy, having served nine years as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down from her role with effect from 30 April 2026.
Angela Seymour-Jackson, the Company's Chair, said:
"On behalf of the whole Board, I would like to thank Michelle for her valuable contribution to the Board over the last nine years and wish her well for the future".
This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6.
