Annual Report
Paragon Banking Group PLC has announced the distribution of its 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, which align with the final results disclosed on December 3, 2025, and the notice for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for March 4, 2026. These documents, including a Form of Proxy, are available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism and on the Group's website. Notably, Hugo Tudor will not seek re-election as a non-independent non-executive director at the upcoming AGM.

- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, which form the basis of the information disclosed in the Final Results Announcement made on 3 December 2025;
- Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 March 2026; and
- Form of Proxy in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 March 2026.
In accordance with Rule 6.4.1R of the FCA's UK Listing Rules, copies of each of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and the 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Group's website at www.paragonbankinggroup.co.uk.

As noted in the Final Results Announcement of 3 December 2025, Hugo Tudor will not stand for re-election as a non-independent non-executive director at the Annual General Meeting on 4 March 2026 and will be retiring as a Board member with effect from its conclusion.
