OSB GROUP PLC - Transaction in Own Shares
OSB Group PLC has announced the completion of its share buyback program for the period of August 17th to August 21st, 2026, during which it repurchased a total of 721,022 ordinary shares across various exchanges. The highest price paid per share was 516.00p and the lowest was 501.00p, with volume-weighted average prices ranging from 503.84p to 511.62p. These repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 339,493,747, with no shares held in treasury, resulting in an equal number of voting rights.

The Company announces that, for the period from 17 August 2026 to 21 August 2026, inclusive, it had purchased a total of 721,022 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange, CBOE BXE ,CBOE CXE and Aquis Exchange, through the Company’s broker Jefferies International Limited as detailed below. The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled.
