OSB GROUP PLC - Transaction in Own Shares
OSB Group PLC has announced the completion of its share buyback programme for the period of August 10th to August 14th, 2026, during which it repurchased a total of 876,274 ordinary shares across various exchanges. The highest price paid per share was 521.00p, with the volume-weighted average price paid ranging from 498.18p to 515.40p. Following the cancellation of these repurchased shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 340,212,869, with no shares held in treasury, resulting in a total of 340,212,869 voting rights.

The Company announces that, for the period from 10 August 2026 to 14 August 2026, inclusive, it had purchased a total of 876,274 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange, CBOE BXE, CBOE CXE and Aquis Exchange, through the Company’s broker Jefferies International Limited as detailed below. The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled.
