OSB GROUP PLC (OSBG) announces that, further to the announcement made on 13 March 2025, Gareth Hoskin (Non-Executive Director since 1 April 2025) has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director (SID) with effect from 1 October 2025.

Gareth Hoskin succeeds Noel Harwerth, as SID. Noel will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director and will not seek re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.
