Further to the announcement dated 5 April 2024 OSB GROUP PLC (“OSBG” or the “Group”) announces that Victoria Hyde has been appointed to the board of OSBG as Executive Director (“ED”) and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) with effect from 22 July 2024. She has also been appointed as ED and CFO of OneSavings Bank plc and Charter Court Financial Services Limited with effect from the same date.

There are no matters to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
