Director/PDMR Shareholding
Oriole Resources PLC announced that on March 18, 2026, Chair Eileen Carr conducted a 'Bed and ISA' transaction, selling 2,200,000 ordinary shares at 0.30 pence each and immediately repurchasing the same amount, leaving her beneficial ownership unchanged at 4.46%. Similarly, Executive Director Claire Bay completed a 'Bed and ISA' transaction, selling 967,742 ordinary shares at 0.31 pence and purchasing 965,500 shares at the same price, with her beneficial ownership remaining at 0.33%. These transactions do not alter the directors' ultimate beneficial holdings in the company.

Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR), the AIM quoted gold exploration company focused on Central and West Africa, announces that, on 18 March 2026, the following transactions were made by Directors of the Company:
- In order to effect a 'Bed and ISA' transaction, Eileen Carr, the Chair, has sold 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.30 pence per share from her personal holding and immediately purchased 2,200,000 shares at a price of 0.30 pence per share into her Individual Savings Account.
- In order to effect a 'Bed and ISA' transaction, Claire Bay, Executive Director, Exploration, has sold 967,742 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.31 pence per share from her personal holding and immediately purchased 965,500 shares at a price of 0.31 pence per share into her Individual Savings Account.
Following these transactions, which are further detailed in the PDMR Notification Forms below, Eileen Carr's ultimate beneficial ownership remains unchanged at 217,506,302 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.46% of the Company's issued share capital, and Claire Bay's ultimate beneficial ownership is 16,296,249 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
