Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights
Oriole Resources PLC announced the application for admission to trading on AIM for 16,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each on November 3, 2025, following the exercise of warrants. The exercise price for these warrants was 0.25 pence, generating an aggregate price of £41,250. Post-admission, 130,947,778 warrants and 399,916,245 options will remain outstanding, representing approximately 3.34% and 10.21% respectively of the company's enlarged issued share capital. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 3,917,702,338 Ordinary Shares.

Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR), the AIM quoted gold exploration company focussed on West and Central Africa announces that, following an exercise of warrants over ordinary shares in the Company, application has been made for 16,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 3 November 2025 ("Admission"). The exercise price of the warrants is set out below:

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 3,917,702,338 Ordinary Shares and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
