Result of AGM
Orcadian Energy PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for ordinary resolutions, including Resolution 1 receiving 36,655,757 votes for out of 36,656,363 total votes cast less withheld. Ordinary resolutions 2 through 9 and special resolution 9 also saw overwhelming approval, with votes for consistently exceeding 99.996% of shares cast. This indicates continued shareholder confidence in the company's management and proposed actions.

Orcadian Energy (AIM:ORCA) is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.
