LONDON, UK, 30 September 2026, Optima Health (AIM: OPT), the UK's leading provider of technology enabled corporate health and wellbeing solutions, today announces the transition of the PAM brand, under which all PAM Group brands will migrate to the Optima Health name. This follows Optima’s acquisition of PAM Group in March 2026 and represents a key milestone in the integration of the two businesses.
Since closing the transaction, Optima has focused on integrating core teams, aligning operating structures, and unifying company culture across both organisations. The brand consolidation reflects the completion of that first phase of integration and supports the Company's strategy to build a stronger, best-in-class service delivery model.
