Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified earlier today that Ms Zoe Fox, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 32.74 pence per Share.
Following this trade, Ms Fox will hold 50,000 Shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.045% of the Company’s issued share capital). Previously, Ms Fox had been granted options to acquire up to a total of 1,587,180 Shares in the Company (representing approximately 1.42% of the Company’s issued share capital).
Accordingly, following this trade, Ms Fox holds, in aggregate, an interest in respect of 1,637,180 Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 1.46% of the Company’s issued share capital.
