Oxford Metrics plc announced that its Non-Executive Chair, Gary Bullard, and a person closely associated with him, Elaine Sullivan, have jointly purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 44 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr. Bullard now holds 320,000 shares, representing approximately 0.29% of the issued share capital, and Ms. Sullivan holds 260,000 shares, representing approximately 0.23%. Together, they now hold 580,000 shares, or about 0.52% of the company's issued share capital.

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering was notified earlier today that Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair and Ms Elaine Sullivan, a PCA of Mr Bullard, have together purchased, in aggregate, 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 44 pence per Share.
Following the above trades, Mr Bullard and Ms Sullivan hold together, in aggregate, 580,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.52% of the Company's issued share capital.
