Dublin, London, 13 June 2025: Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') announces that on 13 June 2025 it transferred 96,331 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (2015).
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 18,753,489 to 18,657,158 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 106,663,217.
