Oxford, UK - 26 August 2026 - Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD), the international biotechnology company advancing personalised healthcare through precision clinical diagnostic tests and EpiSwitch® Orion, its cloud-based 3D genomics platform for pharma and biotech partners, announces that the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, pursuant to the Placing announced on 10 August 2026, were duly passed.

Accordingly, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 9,150,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, to be admitted to trading on AIM.

It is expected that Admission will take place, and trading in the Placing Shares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 27 August 2026. Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights will consist of 13,440,910,967 Ordinary Shares. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
