Oxford, UK - 22 December 2025 - Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD, the Company), a precision clinical diagnostics company bringing specific and sensitive tests to the practice of medicine based on its EpiSwitch® 3D genomics platform, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 ("Annual Report") is available in electronic form on its website at www.oxfordbiodynamics.com/investors/financial-results. Hard copies of the report (incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting) will be posted to shareholders today.
As stated in the preliminary results announcement on 16 December 2025, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 3140 Rowan Place, John Smith Drive, Oxford Business Park South, Oxford, OX4 2WB, UK on 26 January 2026 at 11.00 am.
