Directors Share Dealing - correction
Norcros plc announced an amendment to a Directors Share Dealing notification, clarifying the spelling of Chief Executive Officer Thomas Willcocks' name. On March 2, 2026, Mr. Willcocks exercised options to acquire 11,180 ordinary shares at 161.0p per share, increasing his total shareholding from 90,001 to 101,180 shares. This transaction was conducted under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

The following amendment has been made to the Directors Share Dealing announcement released on 3rd March 2026 at 7am under RNS No 0211V.
This is to update the spelling of the name of the Director in question in the third paragraph. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
