Nexteq PLC (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 18 March 2026, the annual report and accounts, together with Notice of the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy of them and are available to download from the Company's website at www.nexteqplc.com.
The AGM is to be held at 10.00 am on 22 May 2026 at Huckletree Bishopsgate, 8 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ.
