Nativo Resources Plc announced that Executive Chairman Christian Yates sold 4,525,358 ordinary shares and repurchased 4,512,841, leaving him with 7,327,143 shares or 1.15% of the issued capital. CEO Stephen Birrell sold 4,472,248 ordinary shares and repurchased 4,468,887, resulting in his holding of 12,076,996 shares, representing approximately 1.90% of the issued share capital. These transactions were internal transfers between personal accounts.

Nativo Resources plc (LON: NTVO), which is focused on near-term gold mining and processing projects in Peru, announces that the Executive Directors have sold and re-purchased part of their shareholdings in order to move shares between their personal accounts held in their own names.
Christian Yates, Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold 4,525,358 Ordinary Shares of 0.15p each ("Ordinary Shares") and has re-purchased 4,512,841 Ordinary Shares.
Stephen Birrell, CEO, has sold 4,472,248 Ordinary Shares and has re-purchased 4,468,887 Ordinary Shares.
Following these transfers, Mr Yates is interested in a total of 7,327,143 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.15% of the Company's issued share capital, and Mr Birrell is interested in a total of 12,076,996 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.90% of the Company's issued share capital.
