Nativo Resources Plc (LON:NTVO), a gold-focused mining company with interests in Peru, announces that Christian Yates, Executive Chairman of the Company, and his wife made purchases of Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") on 4 November 2025. Christian Yates purchased a total of 636,059 Shares at a price of 0.3899 pence per Share, and his wife, Rosemary Anne Yates, purchased 641,190 Shares at a price of 0.3899 pence per Share.
As a result, Christian Yates and persons closely associated him, are now interested in a total of 4,767,644 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.93 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
