Total Voting Rights
NewRiver REIT plc has announced its total voting rights as of October 1, 2026. The company's issued share capital comprises 435,969,704 ordinary shares, with 374,375 shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 435,595,329, which shareholders should use as the denominator for calculating any notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As at 1 October 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 435,969,704 ordinary shares of one penny each with voting rights, of which 374,375 ordinary shares are held in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 435,595,329.
The above figure of 435,595,329 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
